RTE - Reaction Time Engine

This is the first game I have made (that isn't a scratch game) and I made it over a year ago. Google Play Console has been a temperamental beast though and won't let me publish it so I've decided to post it here.

I don't really expect to make money with this, though it would be nice, and after all this time I kind of just want it to be able to be played so I'm posting it for free.
